You should smile often!
thats what you would usually hear from people around you
they say it suits you better
they say it makes you more attractive
they say it makes you more pretty
they say its makes you more, you?

In my case I dont hear that line often
its not because smiling doesnt suit me but because I ALWAYS SMILE

In Filipino terms people like me are tagged as "bungisngis"
a word used to describe people who are optimistic

but let me tell you this, I know a lot of people who encountered me would say
"you are so full of energy, little miss sunshine"
and I know I am not the only lass to be tagged like one

and it is a wonderful compliment for me, but bear in mind
that people who often smiles arent usually happy
and so if you see me without that big wide smile, Its normal, I am a human and i have more than one
emotion that I can feel.

I also had hard times
I also had pain
I also had tears


And so when you see an Optimistic Woman sad, you are very special to her, because she let's you see the SIDE she never wanted the world to notice.

maybe she is comfortable around you that she let her guards down

or maybe she is really having a hard time


please do tell her "you can do it sunshine"

or maybe just smile or make her laugh
Being happy is contagious, let her intoxicate with laughter.


Always remember to whoever is reading this journal

BE HAPPY and always CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY

you can be happy with little things, big things or whatever
its you who chooses to be happy, its your own level of preference of how, what, who where or when can you be happy (with)


LETS ALWAYS SPREAD SPARKLE OF SUNSHINE to everyone

because youll never know how can it help a person.

SMILE, LAUGH and make someone HAPPY <3

It was the same day last year when I shed the some tears on the day of my birthday
But the tears i had last year was sadness and pain
Now, it was tears of goodbyes and new beginnings


This year on this day i turned 21 , new experiences awaits me, new opportunities, new people to deal with and new life to enjoy


I hope i will be ready, i hope i can so this
