OTS: Era Photosesh Series - Modern Retro (1980s)

Heyo and we're back again for another O-T-S shoot with my furenzus.

So last saturday we were Event Staff for my family's business, It was an 18th birthday party and the theme was Retro Disco, YASS 80s vibes.

And ofc since we as part of the event also needs to look or dress up accordingly with the event's theme (tho that black jumpsuit me and jen's wearing is our actual Event Uniform)

We did the hair and makeup look from disco 80s and WE SUPER LOVED IT!

I can consider this as OTS again because we never really planned to have a photosesh Again I dragged them both to have a shoot in between breaks during the event proper HAHAHA! U know what's my secret to have shoots randomly? is to ALWAYS BRING UR BABY WITH U (CAMERAS or PHONES) then when an Idea pops in ur mind just drag your friends in that certain picture location and voila instant photosesh u dont need a full geared, full set up, full prod photosesh to achieve these, HELLO WE DONT EVEN HAVE PROPER LIGHTING OR GEARS EVERY DAMN TIME but we still managed to do it.

ALL U HAVE TO HAVE IS THE EYE FOR ART HONEY <3

anyway my "season series" were kinda on hold so "era series" are kinda on the run now so i'll probably stick to this series first

so yeah for those who havent seen chapter 1 for this series, we did 1940s/1950s photosesh last few weeks ago : Modern Vintage Photosesh

So for my regular blog visitors may already know that I AM AN ULTIMATE FAN OF VINTAGE, be it FASHION, ARTS, MUSIC and etc. that's why I always claim, Maybe I was born in a wrong era.

U know how flash photography was so in , during 80s and 90s because of our film cameras and we still dont have digital cameras and prime lenses that works very well in dark shoots or night shoots thats why we often use the built in flash on our film cameras and how candid our poses are because like what i said its film cameras so one-take-shot only, ur lucky if u smiled or posed properly before the camera person clicked the shutter HAHAHA
